Ayurvedic Health Educator Level 1 is a 250 Hour Course that includes Ayurvedic Anatomy, Ayurvedic Psychology, Sankhya Philosophy and Core Ayurveda Topics.

Pre Requisite - 100 Hr IAH 102 B (Introduction to Ayurvedic Health)

Student can choose - Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy (50 Hours) and/or Ayurvedic Diet and Nutrition (50 Hours), Ayurvedic Dravya or Pharmocology,(50 Hours) and/or Ayurvedic Bodywork Level 1 (50 Hours). This course includes 25 Hours of Clinicals and 25 Hours of Classroom time.

  • Foundation Course is a Pre Requisite for 250 hr course. Can be taken separately. Can also be transferred to 500 Hr Practitioner course
  • 50 Hours. Introduction to Naturopathy and Western approach to Clinical Nutrition. Comparison, - both similarities and differences are discussed. Introduction to Clinical Ayurvedic Nutrition.
  • Learn about Ayurvedic Herbs and comprehensively learn to use them as part of the nutritional diet for yourself as well as your clients for weight loss, rejuvenation, prevention of disease and healing.
  • Ayurveda and its connexion to Yoga. Therapeutic yoga moves for Pitta, Vata and Kapha. Therapeutic Yoga for different diseases. Yoga for Health Management as part of Nutrition and Diet Plan
